All orders are shipped with reliable, trackable delivery services. When you purchase multiple items, they will be combined into one shipment whenever possible. In some cases, orders may be divided into separate packages to ensure safe delivery.

You can also collect your purchase in the studio in Stockholm to avoid shipping costs.

Return of your purchase may be made within 14 days of receiving a piece purchased directly through this website.
If you wish to return a piece, it must be undamaged, unused, and clean.

Please email info@helenaaman.com before sending your piece back to confirm your return and receive the return address.

You must return the item in its original packaging, properly wrapped to ensure safe transport. The buyer carries the shipping risk until the package is received. All return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

The item must be shipped no later than 14 days after notifying that you wish to cancel your purchase. Once the return has been received and approved, your refund will be credited to the same card used for the original purchase.

Please note that custom-made pieces and private commissions cannot be returned or refunded.

All ceramic pieces are handmade by Helena Aman in Stockholm, Sweden.

Each piece is shaped by hand with care and intention, resulting in a work that carries its own expression and character.
Each piece carries the marks of its making — quiet variations in form, colour, and surface that reveal the hand behind the work and make every object one of a kind.

Every effort is made to ensure that colours appear as true to life as possible. However, due to variations in digital display and lighting, exact colour representation cannot be guaranteed.
